At 18:00 (follow-ups) and 18:10 (fresh emails) Singapore time, Monday to Friday, My Day makes the drafts in Gmail by itself, for the NEXT working day, so they are waiting when you open the laptop (Friday evening prepares Monday). It never sends. Follow-ups already drafted are not made twice, and fresh drafts and follow-up drafts each stop at the limit of drafts waiting to be sent. Up to 20 fresh emails a morning. You still review and send from Outlook.

For each client My Day researches the company, then makes the Gmail draft (standard opening if the research fails). Fresh drafts stop when the limit of fresh drafts waiting to be sent is reached; follow-up drafts have their own limit, the same number (40 each to start, so up to 80 waiting; raise it as your results grow). Drafts can be made on any day. Keep this tab open: about 45 seconds per client. The mix button makes both kinds taking turns, so the Drafts folder alternates (How many = the number of each kind; the follow-ups use the day chosen in the box below).

Follow-ups are counted in working days (Monday to Friday) from the real date each email was sent. Public holidays are not skipped yet.
